Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether he is able to exclude the possibility of hostile state involvement in the data breach of the defence recruitment system reported in March 2022.

Attribution in these types of events is inherently complex and Defence works collaboratively with the National Cyber Security Centre to support attribution development, where viable.
