Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether the data breach relating to the defence recruitment system reported in March 2022 allowed potential hackers to access other systems in his Department.

The independent NCSC Assured Cyber Incident Response (CIR) company concluded that "There was also no indication of application layer compromise that would have provided a foothold or opportunity for a threat actor to exfiltrate data from within the application or surrounding storage."
