Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will bring forward legislative proposals to introduce a parliamentary mechanism for initiating judicial inquiries.

Judge led inquiries can be established either under the framework provided by the Inquiries Act 2005 or on a non statutory basis.
