Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what steps he has taken to support the acquisition of finance from financial markets for SMEs in the UK defence sector.

There is currently no specific support to one particular sector, this is a cross-Government issue and, if agreed, any packages of support will be announced by the appropriate Department in due course.
