Special Educational Needs: Tribunals

Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what proportion of First-Tier Tribunal (Special Educational Needs and Disability) users represented themselves as litigants in person in each quarter in each of the last 10 years; and in what proportion of those cases tribunals found in favour of those litigants in person.
