Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what discussions officials from his Department have had since June 2016 with the Departments for (a) Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, (b) Exiting the European Union and (c) International Trade on labour requirements for the aerospace, defence and security sectors.

Ministry of Defence officials have regular engagement on a range of issues with counterparts in the Departments for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Exiting the European Union, and International Trade. Many of the issues and opportunities following the referendum are common to a range of sectors.
