To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, when his Department intends to reply to the correspondence of 3 October 2022 from the Rt hon. Member for East Ham, case reference ST95332.

The Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, MP Account Management team sent a holding response to the Rt Hon. Member’s office on 20 October 2022 and will issue a substantive response within the next week.
