Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether she is taking steps with the Devolved Administrations on developing a consistent approach to vaping regulations as part of her Tobacco Control Plan for England.

Officials have regular discussions with their counterparts in the Devolved Administrations to develop a consistent approach to vaping regulations.
