Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if she will bring forward legislative proposals to extend the application of the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 to include non-nicotine vaping products.

We are exploring a range of regulatory options to support the ambition for England to be smoke-free by 2030. This includes extending regulations to include non-nicotine vaping products.
