Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what steps he is taking to retain Royal Navy and RAF pilots.

The Naval Service and Royal Air Force, like many employers in the UK aviation sector, utilise a combination of remunerative and non-remunerative measures to aid the retention of pilots within the Service.
