Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how much his Department has spent on maintenance for Service Family Accommodation managed by (a) Amey, (b) Serco and (c) Mears in the 2021-22 financial year.
This question was answered on 3rd November 2022
The maintenance spend on Service Family Accommodation (SFA) managed by Amey, through the National Housing Prime contract, for financial year 2021-22 was £34,233,860.
Serco did not manage SFA during the period in question and Mears holds the contract for Substitute SFA which is provided to families from the private rental market where there is no available SFA.
