Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many Army recruits applied to join the Army between 14 and 16 March 2022.
This question was answered on 6th June 2022
875 applications to join the British Army were received from 14 to 16 March 2022.
Notes/caveats:
1. This figure is a single Service estimate and will not be comparable to official published statistics.
2. This figure represents both Regular and Reserve officer and soldier applications.
