Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the total cost incurred to the public purse, including support costs, has been of the recent ditching of the F-35B aircraft in the Mediterranean Sea.

We are not yet in a position to provide the cost incurred to date of the recent F-35B aircraft crash as recovery is still underway.
