Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the Government's policy is on human rights legislation.

Britain has a long history of protecting human rights at home and standing up for those values abroad. This Government was elected with a mandate to reform and modernise the UK human rights framework. We will set out our proposals for a Bill of Rights in due course. We will consult fully on our proposals.
