Bail: West Yorkshire

Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 14 July 2015 to Question 4115, how many (a) offences in West Yorkshire were committed by offenders on bail and (b) offenders in West Yorkshire committed offences whilst on bail in (i) 2008, (ii) 2009, (iii) 2011, (iv) 2012 and (v) 2013.
This question was answered on 17th September 2015
Police forces use local systems to record offences committed on bail, and there is no requirement to report data centrally. The complete information can only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
