Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what his policy is on devolution in the Cheshire West and Chester local authority area.

The Government is open to discussing proposals from any area which would welcome increased powers and greater freedoms to maximise their economic growth, providing the case can be made that there is both strong governance and the capacity and capability to deliver.
