Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask Her Majesty’s Government how many incursions into British Gibraltar Territorial Waters by Spanish vessels there were in June.

In June 2015, there were 45 unlawful incursions by Spanish State vessels into British Gibraltar Territorial Waters (BGTW). The Royal Navy challenges all unlawful incursions. The United Kingdom also makes diplomatic protests to Spain in respect of these unlawful incursions, which are in violation of international law. These unlawful incursions are violations of, rather than threats to, UK sovereignty over BGTW.
