The information requested could only be collated at disproportionate cost.

Prisons employ a range of comprehensive security measures to detect, disrupt and deter the trafficking of unauthorised items including tobacco into prisons. These include human and technology-led searching of such items, conducted as a matter of routine and on suspicion or an intelligence-led basis; the searching of persons and vehicles; CCTV surveillance; the deployment of active and passive drug-detection dogs; and the use of X-ray facilities.
