Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many asylum seeker children have been (a) sent to adult prisons and (b) sent to adult prisons where paedophiles are serving sentences in each of the last five years.

The Home Office does not collect data on the number of age dispute cases that have arisen in adult prisons. Our published data on age assessment can be accessed here.
