Pregnancy and Maternity (Redundancy Protection) Bill 2017-19


The Bill failed to complete its passage through Parliament before the end of the session. This means the Bill will make no further progress. prohibit making employees redundant during pregnancy, maternity leave and the period of six months from the end of pregnancy; and for connected purposes.
