To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when he intends to reply to the letter to him dated 21 July 2015 from the right hon. Member for Manchester, Gorton with regard to Israr Hussain Malik.

I apologise for the delay in responding to the letter sent by right hon. Member for Manchester, Gorton in respect of Mr Israr Malik. A response was sent on 9 September providing a full account of the information requested. In addition the response sent provided an explanation for the delay and actions taken to mitigate against any future delay occurring.
