Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Answer of 23 June 2014, Official Report, column 95W, on the Intelligence Service, if he will take other steps to ensure that fused and shared data is not used for targeted killing by foreign states outside Afghanistan.

Intelligence shared with foreign states by the Ministry of Defence is conducted under UK and international law. I am satisfied that the Department's controls on the sharing of intelligence are robust.
