Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many Prevention of Future Death Notices issued by coroners in England and Wales related to failures of NHS ambulance services in each of the last five years.

Until 31 March 2013 the Ministry of Justice published twice yearly updates on reports to prevent future deaths. The relevant information can be found in the links below to five reports which cover the period 1 October 2010 to 31 March 2013:
