Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how much (a) lamb, (b) beef, (c) pork and (d) poultry meat is purchased annually for consumption in prisons; and what proportion of each type of meat is British.

For the period February 2014 to January 2015 the following volumes were purchased
