Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether it is her policy to introduce legislative proposals to replace the Human Rights Act 1998.

This Government was elected with a mandate to reform and modernise the UK human rights framework. We will set out our proposals for a Bill of Rights in due course for consultation.
