Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, with reference to the £3.9 billion allocated in the Autumn Budget and Spending Review 2021 to decarbonising buildings, how much additional funding is required to implement the Heat and Buildings Strategy in its entirety; and what plans he has to secure that funding.

The Government has committed £3.9 billion to decarbonising buildings over the next 3 years, taking our total investment to date during this parliament to almost £6.6bn. Decisions on further public spending will be subject to the outcome of future fiscal events.
