The most recent National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (NISTA) review outcome of the Mechanised Infantry Programme is reflected in the NISTA 2024-2025 annual report which is published online. The supporting data grades the Mechanised Infantry programme as AMBER.

The Bulldog Armoured Personnel Carrier replacement is being considered as part of the Heavy Protected Mobility project, within the Land Mobility Programme. This project is currently in the Concept Phase and investment approval and procurement timelines are yet to be determined.

The Light Protected Mobility project, within the Land Mobility Programme, will determine the future Light Protected Mobility fleet. The project is in its Concept Phase, as such investment approval and procurement timelines are to be determined.

The Armoured Fighting Vehicle AJAX Programme trials continue to progress and remain ongoing. Reliability Growth Trials (RGT) are ongoing and on schedule to complete by December 2026.
Regarding the Armoured Vehicle Programme (AJAX) Initial Operating Capability, I refer the hon. Member to the answer that the Minister for Defence Procurement and Industry gave to Question 438 dated 22 July 2024, which remains extant.

Information on performance of defence programmes in the Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP) is published each year alongside the Infrastructure and Projects Authority annual report. Programme performance information as at 31 March 2024 is expected to be released in July 2024.

The Land Combat Vehicle (LCV) delivery team total spend on equipment and support by financial year is as follows:
